Frequently asked questions
Do you install racks that RC Racks did not manufacture?
Yes. We install, relocate and expand systems of other brands after a technical inspection confirms the condition and capacity of the components.
Can you install while the warehouse is operating?
Yes. Assembly is scheduled in blocks with the area cordoned off so the operation does not stop; it is coordinated with your safety team.
What does the handover include?
A leveled and anchored system, installed accessories, NOM-026-STPS signage and the plate with the load capacity per level.
