- Perishables, batches or expiry dates that demand FIFO
- High turnover with few SKUs per lane
- You want to separate the loading aisle from the unloading aisle
- Many SKUs with low turnover → Selective Rack
- You accept LIFO and want lower cost → Push Back
- Case picking by gravity → carton flow, ask engineering
Key benefits
- More pallet positions
Deep lanes with a single loading face and a single unloading face.
- First in, first out
True FIFO without operator intervention.
- Fewer moves and aisles
Fewer forklift movements per pallet moved.
- Low maintenance and accessories
Rollers, brakes and end-of-lane stops.
True FIFO, without moving pallets by hand
The pallet flow system is ideal for high-turnover products. It works by gravity: the pallet enters at the back of the system and is unloaded at the front, so the first pallet in is the first pallet out.
How it works
Each lane has roller beds with a calibrated slope. When the front pallet is removed, the next one advances to the stop. Roller brakes control the speed so the pallet arrives without impact.
How it is configured
- Frames from 72″ to 396″ and lanes as long as your turnover requires.
- Roller beds, brakes and stops sized for your pallet.
- Upright protectors and signage to NOM-006-STPS and NOM-026-STPS.
Manufacturing process
- 01Design and configuration
Load capacity, product dimensions, operating dynamics and available space.
- 02Manufacturing and finishes
In-plant production with finishes that resist the working environment.
- 03Installation and accessories
Correct assembly, safety accessories and periodic maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
How is the pallet speed controlled?
With roller brakes distributed along the lane and end-of-lane stops, calibrated for your pallet weight.
What slope does the lane have?
It is calibrated per project according to weight, pallet type and lane length; engineering defines it in the data sheet.
Which products suit a pallet flow rack?
High-turnover products with expiry dates or batch control that need true FIFO: the first pallet in is the first out without moving the others.
